Joint Research, Commissioned Research & Technical Support
Leveraging our expertise in radiation protection and medical physics — together with our technologies in Monte Carlo simulation, dosimetry, and XR (AR/VR/MR) educational materials — we offer joint research, commissioned research, and technical consulting to companies, hospitals, and research institutions. We help reduce occupational and patient exposure in clinical settings and advance radiation-safety education.
Shielding design for radiation facilities via Monte Carlo calculation (e.g., PHITS), scatter/leakage dose assessment, and optimization of protective measures.
Measurement and evaluation of medical and occupational exposure for patients and staff, using phantoms and real equipment.
Visualization of scatter dose distributions in fluoroscopy and therapy (e.g., X-SERVE); verification of shielding and layout effectiveness.
Joint development of AR/VR/MR radiation-protection learning materials and design of training / e-learning for medical staff.
| Joint research | Sharing research themes with companies and institutions to advance R&D together. |
|---|---|
| Commissioned research | Individual contracts for shielding calculation, dose evaluation, measurement, and analysis. |
| Consulting & training | Technical consultation on radiation safety and protection, facility assessment, and dispatch of seminar lecturers. |
| Donations & support | We welcome donations supporting our research and human-resource development. |
We conduct seminars and Faculty Development (FD) programs on radiation protection and dose reduction for medical professionals. On-site and institution-specific sessions can be arranged — please inquire.
We have an extensive record of peer-reviewed publications, competitive research grants (including KAKENHI), and international collaborations such as with the IAEA. See our Publications and Research pages.
